1. Choose your audience
Lists you activated for SMS in Lists (lists.bcode.io), or exported from VoteCast.

2. Write your message
Add a picture? (optional) Picture messages cost the same $0.06 and one credit, like any message — JPEG, PNG, or GIF under 600 KB delivers best; 5 MB is the hard limit.
3. Pick a send time (UTC)
Times are in UTC — Coordinated Universal Time, not your local time zone.
Pick your list, write the message, see the exact cost, approve it. Every message is $0.06 (your setup fee included the first 1,000). Your card on file is charged only when you approve.
